What We Believe
We believe in God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit; We believe that He is Omniscient, Omnipresent and altogether Holy. We believe that God's word is living and active and is the standard by which we live our lives. We believe God created us for relationship with him and godly fellowship with others. We believe that sin separates us from God but whoever repents of his sin and turns away from it, will be saved by believing and confessing the Lordship of Jesus Christ. We believe our salvation was bought with the blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that the church in the world today, has been called by God to advance his kingdom by spreading the gospel to the four corners of the earth.

Peace Chapel Christian Fellowship was first established in 1974. Founded as an English speaking church by Rev Jim Hance, an American AOG Missionary in Samoa at the time, with the help of Andy and Leone Forsgren, Peace Chapel Fellowship was to cater for the spiritual need of overseas expatriates to Samoa from time to time. And the church though very small in number due to the transient nature of its congregation, was able to fulfil its vision. Expatriates from countless countries all over the world such as Africa, India, Zambia, America, Germany, Japan, Canada to name a few, attended Peace Chapel and many returned years later with fond memories of this small Chapel that ministered to their souls, introduced them to Christ and was their home away from home.
However, in recent years, a growing number of Samoans showed an interest to attend Peace Chapel services. It was decided in 1996 that Peace Chapel open her doors to embrace our local people and a Samoan speaking service be added to cater for them.
Today, Peace Chapel Christian Fellowship has gone through a total facelift and transformation since it was first established. The Church has not only increased in number and size, but has also extended her borders in ministries to the community. This include Christian Education through a thriving Pre-School, Primary School and a College; three church plants in Auckland and Wellington New Zealand; yearly conferences for men and women known as “Sons Of The King” and “Daughters of the King” which has drawn attendance from the Body of Christ and our mainline churches both locally and internationally. Peace Chapel has also recorded three worship CDs with their own original songs and music, and which are widely sung by Samoan churches all over the world. The Church is also very active in her financial support of other ministries and missions that are outside of her own ministries, both locally and internationally.
God is doing a great thing in and through Peace Chapel Christian Fellowship in Samoa and if you should happen to be in our corner of the world, know that you are most welcome to come right in and fellowship with us.
